Through the many activities and opportunities offered in our children's program, we strive to accomplish one goal: To lead children into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. SUNDAY SCHOOL Christian education classes are available for all children ages 2 years old through 5th grade every Sunday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. All classes are staffed by adult volunteers and youth assistants who are registered with the Director of Children's Ministries. Sunday
School classes are available for all ages. Classes are divided according
to age and grade.
CHILDREN'S PRAISE CHURCH Children ages 4 through 4th grade are invited to participate in Children's Praise Church during the 11:15 a.m. Worship Hour in the Teen Center, where they experience worship at their own level. Children who are 2 or 3 years old may remain in Room 12 during the 11:15 worship hour for our toddler care program. Students in the 5th and 6th grades are welcome to participate in Praise Church but are encouraged to attend a more mature worship experience in the Sanctuary.
MUSIC PROGRAMS Children's Choir and Handchimes also are offered during the 11:15 a.m. Worship Hour. Karri York, our Choir Director, leads this program. It is provided for children interested in a more extensive musical experience as part of their worship and praise time. The program alternates each month between choir and Handchimes. Children in the 5th and 6th grade are also invited to be a part of this program if they choose. The music program takes place each Sunday. SOME SPECIAL EVENTS Some other
